Yes, you can. Once an invoice is generated (online, by phone, or email), our bank details will be included on the invoice for your convenience.
A: We strive to resolve any issues with faulty or damaged orders. However, for orders that are specifically made or customised for you, refunds are not available.
A: Artwork can be uploaded directly via the 'Upload Artwork' link at the order.
A: All orders are insured. If you receive a damaged package, please sign it as 'damaged' and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
